Why banks pick us

  • Independent reviewer with documented conflict checks and engagement letter.
  • Remote-first: structured evidence index, secure data room, clear sampling lists.
  • Reviewer-ready outputs: findings with severity, owners, ETAs; validation of closures.
  • Right-sized for lean teams: we focus on practical controls and automation.

Reviewer independence

Independence matters. We conduct a formal independence & conflicts check before onboarding. We do not design/operate the controls we subsequently review for the same period. If you need pre-review help, we can run a separate readiness engagement under a different team/phase.

  • Independence checklist (signed by our lead and your RO).
  • Engagement letter stating scope, limitations, and independence.
  • Non-assurance advisory separation for any prior readiness work.

How the review works

  1. Planning & scoping (1 hour): products, systems, population metrics; confirm independence.
  2. Evidence index: we issue a pull-list (docs, samples, reports) with storage paths.
  3. Fieldwork: sample-based testing across documentation, pooling/rates, 1042-S schemas, tie-outs to Form 1042 and GL.
  4. Findings & remediation: issue log (severity/owner/ETA), quick-wins, and example wording.
  5. Close-out: reviewer report + management letter; RO/Board briefing pack.

Quick FAQ

Do you perform the review fully remote? Yes — standard is 100% remote. On-site is optional if you prefer walk-throughs on premises.
Can our statutory auditor be the reviewer? Only if independence criteria are met and no conflicts exist. We provide a structured independence checklist.
What if we find issues? We log findings with severity, owners, and ETAs. You fix; we validate closures and reflect that in the report.
